Ciemme gnocchi with fresh potato is made in Puglia using artisan manufacturing processes to preserve the flavours and textures of the fresh, mostly local ingredients used.

Cook gnocchi for just 2 minutes in boiling salted water, drain as they surface and stir through pesto or other preferred sauce.
